Cindy del Rosario completed a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at UC Berkeley and served as Peace Corps Volunteer teaching math and physics in Tanzania. Her dissertation examined the impact of rurality and distance to facility of death on quality of care at the end of life for Veterans dying in inpatient VA facilities.
