Meg Czerwinski’s dissertation explored the development of sustainability competencies among nursing students. On the Michigan Sustainability Cases team, she contributed to the development of open source, multimedia sustainability education tools. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, she organized a community-sustainability-solutions exchange at the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Lambaréné, Gabon. She is trained in art & design and environmental education, and a member of Academy Health, the Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments and North American Association for Environmental Education.
