Dr. Stephanie Betancur, PhD, RN, is a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science graduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Class of 2024). Her research evaluates occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs among environmental services (EVS) workers in hospital settings. Dr. Betancur is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at Yale University, specializing in psychiatric-MH. In addition to her studies, she serves as an adjunct faculty instructor at Wake Tech Community College and works clinically in a psychiatric hospital. She aims to integrate her research skills and clinical expertise to serve diverse populations within the US.
